is it front hub bearings that are shot??

wen going around a left hand bend there is a wooping dry sound comming from the front left of teh car, and only wen going around a left bend, dnt notice it wen going round a right hand bend, could this be worn wheel bearings?
its pretty lound and can be felt in teh steering wheel

breaks are new and so are rotors, unsure on history of teh car as i got it for 1550 with blon head gasket (runs like new!)
its a vt commodore

Try this link. They have new VT front hubs at $139, used with warranty, $64 and will post. Don't ask about "bicycle" I only just found the site by googling Commodore front hub. They also have most other Commodore parts and will post if possible
