sell
keep
hey people
i recently brought my car about 3 weeks ago and i got it for 5900 with 130000 on the clock
but the problem is i spent 1000 on new fe2 suspension, brakes and a well needed service but now i have found out that the inlet manifold gasket is slightly leakin oil into the coolant and there is a whinning noise wen i accelerate and also the fright right quater panel doesnt line up straight with the bonnet leaving aa slightly bigger gap than the other side and the bonnet tends to bounce around when i drive, but also found that my fuse box is lookin pretty empty![]()
and well i am wondering whether or not i brought massive problems at the time the car looked great but now with closer inspection i am wondering if i should spend the money to make it almost brand new or if i cut my losses and try and sell
any one got some ideas because
If you bought this at a car yard you have 3 months warranty on it. If you bought it private you have no warranty and buy the car as is. I would suggest you fix the engine problem, what do you mean the fuse box is looking empty??
Fix the problems. Engines are cheap to replace if that is required. IF you try and sell it, the person buying it will either notice the problems or buy it then hassle you for selling a dodgy car.
Also avoid double posting. You asked the same question in two seperate threads.
