Stalling After A Squirt

Hey.. Iv been having trouble with my 5.0l VT and have stopped driving it till i know the problem.
when i start the car it fires up ok, seems to idle ok except for the occasional drop. but when i give it a good squirt and take my foot off it just dies, and the same thing happens when i put it in drive. if i put it in drive while i keep the revs up i can drive it without issues, but then when i slow down from 100 to a stop the same thing happens, just dies. after it dies it starts easy again, so im not sure to what the problem is and any ideas would be gr8 as i miss driving it

sounds like a idle cable prob or a idle sensor
