VT Tyre Bar, Help!

hey lads, the rod the leads from the tyre bar up into the top of the strut has popped out in my car, i have removed the whole rod, but now i need to know how to pull the tyre bar back down in to position to fit the rod back in. i could be using wrong terminology, i don't know a great deal about parts and there names sorry!

sway bar link pin, popped out of sway bar?

must be a reason why its popped out, shouldn't do that.

maybe a good idea to get it to a suspension place, to get them to check out whats going on.

yeah that's what it is, i called a mate last night that's a mechanic and he said just pull the sway bar down far enough to get the pin back in. i think it happened from hitting a deep pot hole.
