need help getting variable intermitent wiper working

i recently installed a variable intermitent wiper stalk into my car but their is an extra plug for the variable control that needs to be connected some where, i have no idea where it has to go

Any help would be great as i would really like this to work

You need to upgrade the BCM to one that is compatible with variable speed wipers.

what bcm should i be looking for?

A minimum of High series LUX Level, so something out of a Calais or Statesman, I'm not sure whether Berlinas have variable speed wipers or not. You will also need the key remote that goes with the BCM and you will need to have the BCM linked to the ECU. You will probably need the loom that goes from the BCM to the wiper stalk, I'm not sure on that side of things. A lot of trouble and expense if you ask me.

I have variable intermittent wipers in my '98 executive. The controller is situated between my thumb and middle finger on my left hand.
