Hey all,
While my car was parked outside a friends place, some unknown S.O.B has hit the rear drivers side dinting the rear bumper and scraping some paint.
Such lovely people in this world, I woudl never hit and run, why should anyone else? I know its fairly minor damage, but still will cost a fair bit to have repaired.
No witness?
Na no witnesses, no one come forward anyway.
Dog act.
Unless you really uptight about looks, I would just get a bottle of touch-up from Holden and carefully apply it. Won't look perfect, but will be hard to spot unless you know about it.

Now with my very own Tech2....YAY.
Mongrels!! Looks like it could have been done with a pushbike!
honestly i live acoss the road from drugies and one night my neighbour came to me and told me a car had reveresd into mine and took off .theres a duplex block across the other side from where i park my car out the front of the house and i know one family would have been the culprit my good neighbour told me he saw the car but not the rego
.it was a VN com and the next day low and behold what turns up across the road a VN with no rear bumper .
i know how u feel they hit mine and ran .
i also hate when im in a carpark and i someone hit another car and run if i see it i get the rego and leave a note in the wiper blades for the poor person. most times i see this happen its from some yuppie driving a freaking mercedz benz that really gets me angry . same place another day i was sitting outside after work having a beer as u do then thos car reversed back from the duplex block and hits my car in the same place i happend to see it this time and yelled out to the driver he got out and offered me 50 bucks i was pissed off but i accepted knowing full well it would cost me more in excess to claim on the damage its makes me mad now just thinking about it

I was nudged from behind trying to turn right at a roundabout from the middle lane. lanes were <straight straight >straight. So it was my bad, but the dude honked his horn before he nudged into me, then continued on, I pulled over. Begs the questions if he could have avoided contact.
So it automatically becomes his fault as he left the scene, but a bottle of touch up paint after wiping away the transfer did the job fine.
Also I hear that if you get hit from behind it is the driver who hit you's fault. I wonder if this would have been the case for me?... I was indicating haha
this happened to a mate of mine as well, but he had to write his car off it got scraped from the front to the back and the mongeral didnt stop
Can't see much of a dent in the rear bumper man, that stuff usually flexes back out pretty easily, just get it painted i doubt it would be more then $400.
The lady friends car was swiped by what we think is a truck during work.
No note or anything, just had a phone call from a friend next door.
