    Post needing help vt diff issue

    hoping someone can help
    i have a vt coomodore diff was noisey with irs and when i pulled it out found the diff is dirrent to the one i got, replacement has no teeth on the side where the plates are for axle and no holes for the sensors , can i still use this diff, same ratio is marked on them

    yes and no.

    if you use it as is, you'll have no abs, and the light will always be on the dash.

    if you just change the centres, or the axles, you'll be right.

    thanks for help

    so by centres you mean swap over parts from one to the other,

    if so is there anything i need to worry about if this is the case.

    it would be alot easier just to get a diff that has the tone wheels for the abs.

    but if you want to changes the parts from one to the other, you'll have to wait for someone else reply with how to do it
