    Default Black very bottom bumpers

on the side skirts, front and rear bumper on the V6 i think they all have black plastic bumpers on the very bottom, i have a white car and want them white. my mirrors also came black but i painted them white, have people done this before? and has anyone got any tips on how to do it? any help would be appreciated. that would be the best way, just tape em up an go for it, you can get a spray tin for 25$ in your paint code from autobarn. you might need a couple if you want to do a few coats.

if they have them in stock, it is actually cheaper to get them in the power plus 150ml rattle cans, i used them to just colour code my engine cover

so just tape up the surrounding area and put some news paper around surronding area?? and the plastics will need to be lightly sanded?? and a plastic primer, which prevents cracking, then 3 coats of the colour code of my paint j703 from memory ( Heroin White ) and then 3 coats gloss coat and then buff polish?

the front and rear ones i beleive that you will have to mask up, as i cant remember if the bottom parts can disconnect, but the side skirts definatly can just need to get underneath and unscrew all the screws, hope this helps

I painted my NXR dude, oh yeah its shane from work
We sanded it back using a wet dry sand paper, primed it, sanded it back to make it smooth, gave it another coat just to make sure it was even, and then sanded back once dry to keep it smooth and even. Then gave a few coats of paint. Once all coats are on of the paint, then a few coats of clear. Once all done give it a light wet dry sand back with 1200 gritt but keep it very wet. But make sure the paint is dry 24 hours later would be best but usually it dries pretty quick. If you have a heat gun to speed the process up that could work. Another thing you could do is contact the guys that come into work to touch up the mercs. They would know exactly what to do on a budget too. But basically its pretty easy. Just make sure you mask it all up.

I'm sure you will do fine mate
