VT Actuator

ima told the central locking isn't working coz it needs a new actuator.. Immobilizer works.. yet I need to close and open door the old fashioned way... --- I can hear the actuator... Trying to work.. but it does not open or close the lock....

All experience and tips will be helpful pls.

You most likely do just need a new actuator. Quite a common thing really.
