lol, really don't think you need to worry about castor angles mate. It's a v6 VT, not a track car.
Standard setup is just fine for the road.
yeah im not looking at in a performance view but just maintenance as the originals were rooted and i got my hands on a cheap pair of adjustables.
thought it might of been worth slightly changing the caster while im at it, but might just stick with standard then.
Cheers,
Ben
If you've already got the parts and are planning on putting it in yourself then there is obviously no harm in having a play with various settings.
I suspect the difference in handling and feel would be minimal but you may find you prefer it a certain way, if you've got the parts then go for it.
Just make sure you set up both sides the same, double and triple check, otherwise otherwise you'll pull to one side.
The greater the angle you go, the more stable the car will be in a straight line but turning will become more heavy.
Good luck.

I would suggest zero caster for a road car. Bump and rebound on your shocks will be most comfortable.
+ caster tends to push the wheel forward under breaking increasing steering response, decreasing ride comfort and putting greater stresses on your shocks, and allows the camber to creep out under load wearing tyres.
- caster tends to Deaden steering, and make the car easier to turn at very slow speeds, and reduces tread squirm under breaking. Camber usually doesnt change under loads though and increase tyre life. Often used in very high speed race cars to limit over reactions.
