    Default belt pretensioners

    Anyone able to tell me if its possable to reset vt seat belt pretensioners?
    or anyone got a drivers side for sale ?

    Once they go off they need to be replaced. There is a charge in there just like in an airbag.

    Pick one up from the wreckers, just make sure its a car that hasn't had the airbag/pretensioners go off.

    is $80 to much to pay for one from the wreckers?

    Standed price from holden $234, i have a mate that can reduce the price abit but its $182.50
    So yea abit pricey, might have to get one from canberra wreckers somwhere

    cheers for letting us know mate, only problem with wreckers is how do you know they aren't ''used'' so to speak?

    Try and get one out of a car that the airbag hasent gorn off in, and you should have a high chance at it being still good, i just chased 1 down from commwreck in sydney for $40 and $10 freight
