    Default series 1, 11, 111 VT?

Hi all, new to the later commodores (VH v8 was my previous effort) and would like to know start and end dates for VT series 1, 11, and 111. Also would like to know what differences I should look for. I have a 01/1998 3.8 V6 auto Acclaim wagon with IRS, ABS, TRAC, CRUISE and other mod cons. What series is it?

If yours is a 98 it would be a series 1. Not sure myself on other differenece. With the SS's the S1 has the aussie 5L V8 and the S2 had the Chev 5.7L engine. Also S1 had orange rear blinker len's, and S2 had clear len's.

Theres only series I and II. VS is the model that had a series III (utes, and statesmans only)

Being a wagon, the only way from factory to know would be the side indicators as NVMYVT said. Does it have the owners manual in the glove box? You could also call up holden with the VIN and ask them for details.

I've got a S1 VT and it's a 99. It was built in April 09 and the S2 came out 2 months later I think. I remember reading about the dates on here a while back
