    Default Help wanted

    Hi all how hard is it to put new engine mounts in vt with out pulling motor out and does anybody have anyspare?

    It'd be a major pain in the arse to do them without a hoist. But probably do-able.

    its not that hard, the one on air con side is a bit of a hassle, you need to unbolt air con from block and move it aside to get in there. i just supported the motor with a jack and timber across the sump and did one side at a time, might need to lift motor 5-10mm to take weight off n line up bolt holes. but pretty simple, just fiddly. and new ones are only $50ish from supercheap ect

    I did mine the same way, it was a little difficult but I got it done.
