Car stalling

Hey guys, I have a problem with My 2001 VX Berlina, When I start it to go to work in the morning, I reverse out of the driveway and as soon as I put it into drive it stalls. Can anyone tell me what the problem may be? Also it makes a squeaking noise in the engine bay all the time, sometimes really loud and other times you can harldy hear it. It also shakes and overheats constantly. I have checked the radiator and noticed coolant on the outside of the radiator on the drivers side. Im guessing Im definately up for a new radiator, But as for the other issues Can anyone help?

Also I noticed that when Im driving at around 70+kms the revs go up and down not by much but enough to say theres a problem somewhere, Could this be the belt?
