The orange colour has me confused because transmission fluid is red. Are you using coolant in the radiator or just plain water?

Nulon radiator flush, follow their directions, make sure heater is full on when you do it. There other brands if you like, Holden does one but I have not used it, yet. Holden even mentions it in the VT owners manual. Also, if the radiator is under 12 months old, you may have a warranty claim!

When you do get it sorted make sure you put the proper coolant in or you will be in for many more dollars down the track due to corrosion.
