Default Where is the VT Thermostat located?

The title says it all! Im trying to locate the thermostat because after having a service I overheated and water/cooliant came out the overflow tank.( This was @ MVR whilst going for RWC of all places) I replaced my Hi and Low speed fan Reley's but,
Now my temp gauge on the cluster only heats up to half way which would be fine if it didnt take 10min to get there.
I am going to replace it but Any suggestions apart from thermostat?
    Cheers in advance!

The thermostat is located where the top radiator hose connects to the engine. You might need to bleed the cooling system. If you replace the thermostat you will need to bleed it anyway.

I thought I was wrong once but I was mistaken.
