Trouble with the L67 is that when you are just cruising around in traffic or on the highway the engine is operating under normal N/A style conditions(no boost).
This makes it hard to get a good sounding exhaust under light load, but still have a good flow for running under boost.
With the mods that you have listed a twin 2.25 into 3" would be quite large enough.
If you are planning on going further in the future you may want to go slightly bigger, say 2.5" into 3".
Nothing worse than doing an exhaust and then needing to change it down the track.
Mine has DiFilippo S/Steel extractors, into twin 2.5" metal cats, into a twin 2.5" inlet muffler with a single 3" outlet (magna flow) into a 3" rear resonator.
The system is full S/Steel, it does drone a little on the highway, but it doesn't really worry me too much.
I don't mind the sound under full noise, but I wouldn't call it a fantastic sounding system.
It flows enough for 353RWHP and still has more flow to go.
Here are a few links of the sound.

Apparently, Segedins at the airport in Auckland should be able to help you out with a pulley, or you could contact Yella Terra in Australia and they will be able to send you one.
