rremoving badges and the glue

hey guys i am wondering how i can remove my commodore badge because some idiot took the 'co' from my commodore badge so it says mmodore
and also both of my badges have been stolen but the one at the back has some really solid gluee that has been left on and was wondering how to remove them without damaging my paint

also at the front where the badge was is two little holes and was wondering how i could fill those in without it looking shitty
