How to test LS1 coil packs using multimeter

Hi all, as the title says, i would like to test the coil packs on my stato, but i wouldn't have a clue how to use a multimeter or how to check the coil packs, i have a cheapie (multimeter) i brought from Supercheap, so if anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated thanks.

theres alot of results on google for how to use a multimeter, but i'm unsure how to check the coil packs sorry
