Hi guys

Every time I drive my VT, it starts making this ticking sound, almost sounds like the indicators, just a lot faster. It seems to be coming from where the ignition barrel is (in that general area anyway).

It's not constantly ticking, it will just start at random times, even at idle. Ticks a few times then stops.

This thing is driving me insane. I do have a broken ignotion switch - could that be the problem?
