for what reason are you wanting to do this?

it would cost thousands just in labour, and parts would be another few thousand.

just for your information, we replaced the front harness in a vy a few months back at work (from interior fuse box, out to engine bay fuse box, and then around to the other side of the vehicle. that harness cost around $2500 if i remember correctly.

Im just wondering, I have had a few problems with the car since I brought it, like the BCM went on me 2 times, central locking not working, windows are tempermental, none of the ligts on the dash work. and thats just electrical, then theres, the engine problems, Its done 156,000kms and is still a good car, I just dont wanna go out an buy a new one, I dont know why I just wanna keep the one I have, I want to just about replace everything from the wiring to the engine parts. Like the tensioner pulley, Radiator, Induction, etc.. I got a quote by the way, up to $6,000. Im not keen on the price But I dont really care about the price. Just want it all done. I know you guys are probably thinkin Im an idiot doin it like this and I agree but I wanna hold on to it.

Make a list of electrical problems and go through them one by one and iron them out.

The wiring is probably not to blame here. If it is it may only be a very small section causing you grief.

Power windows - what problems are you having?

BCM's do fail - thats not completely uncommon

Lights on dash - which ones arn't working? In the instrument cluster or the backlighting on the aircon controls, trip computer controls etc?

could also be something as simple as a dodgy earth wire to the body of the car causing things to short out doesnt have to be major to cause major problems
