vt 3.8 auto - bad miss

was just hoping someone could give me some ideas of what to check next....

Just started up with a bad miss the other morning for my missus. had no power and sounded like it was running on 5 cylinders. she went round the block a couple of times and it come good for the morning.
Next morning it starts up and did the same thing......just parked it till i can find the problem.

So far i have put in a new set of plugs, new fuel filter, added 20ltrs premium in the tank that was already 1/4 full, swapped coils and leads of another running 3.8, cleaned air flow meter, swapped air flow meter, got injectors professionally cleaned, checked fuel pump flow, looked for vacume leaks, done dash test with pins 5 & 6 ( just error code 12 ).

Still sounds like its running on 5 cylinders, took it up the road and back, no power at all.

Any sugestions at this point are appreciated

maybe try testing wiring harness.. an injector connection may be stuffed.

just pull off injector wires one by one until the one you pull off makes no difference to the engine and go from there.
