Default Rims looking alittle down.. Any Suggestions?

My 17" ANZ rims are starting to wear and fade around the edges and have minor gutter rash as you can see in the pic..

Unfortunately I dont have the money to replace them with some nice 18s.. So i was considering a tidy up and a respray.. what colour do people think? and any suggestions on how to do it..?

    Thanks in advance..

Matte is bad to paint wheels, My glossy black wheels get dirty and look matte and they look shithouse. Paint them white, would look cool and they would be different. If you don't like it it's easy to paint over.

    Hey Ben,

Im sort of tryin to get the dark look i think.. 18% tint.. black tail lights and manaro headlights.. with dark paint.. i think white rims would make it to stand-out-ish haha..

I guess so too.. My other suggestion is paint them shadow chrome. Looks great on black cars.

For anything other than shadow chrome (I would personally power coat that colour). Use VHT Wheel Paint. It's polyurethane based so its harder to chip and its High temp so it won't fade.

    Good luck
