Hey guys, Ive had this issue for 2 years now on my 99 VT-
On the interior blower fan speed 1, it makes a squeaky noise. Kinda like a leaf is stuck in it, or something needs to be greased? All the other speeds are fine, its just when its on the slowest. Any ideas of a fix or anyone else had this problem?

You need to take out the inside of the glove box in order to reach the fan motor. You should then be able to see if anything has been sucked in. In my case I had poked some bubble wrap in behind the glove box to stop a rattling noise and some of this had been partially sucked in to the fan and make a noise like we used to manufacture when I was a kid by attaching parts of cigarette packets to the wheel struts with pegs so that they would hit the spokes and make a rattle noise.
could be worn bearing!
Hmm it kinda sounds like the card in the spoke trick, except more of a squeak than a clack sound.
How hard is it to change the bearing? Or is this pressed into a new fan which I might need to buy?
