check the relay which is near the battery. there will only be power to the horn when the horn is pressed. do you have steering wheel controls and do they work? if not it may be the clock spring.

if u connect positive and negative to straight battery it should work without a relay .the only relay i know of for the horn is the anti theft horn relay in the engine area above the battery .and there is a horn fuse below also inside the car i dont recall seeing anyore then 1 relay and 1 fuse for the horn

check your relay or the actual fuse which is located under the steering wheel column most likely its the fuse, happend to me once when i used to use a clublock i parked the car somewhere and clublock made horn go off and burnt fuse from so many hours!

yer iv checked the fuse and even replaced it with another one, and i no the horn works if i connect it straight to the battery, i know theres power at the fuse box but none at the front were the wired connect to the horn it self even if i press the horn on the steering wheel theres still no power.

Could poss be the clock spring. See if you can remove the actual horn and from under the front bumper and test to see if it works..

I was under the impression that horns work by completing the earth circuit to make them work.

clock spring needs replacing. If the horn is either stuck on, or not working at all then 99% certainty that it will be a clock spring fault
