hey iv got a vt wagon lowered on sedan supers on the rear iv had a nolthane 4 point camber kti fitted awhile ago but the best i could get out fo the kit was -2 on both wheels iv got 18's and they still are wearing out pretty quick.
i look on nolthanes web site and there about 3 differnt kits one i have and ajjustment with 3 deg's for use with big wheels and super low cars has anyone used with kit or is ti just going ot be the same as the one i got in there now
please help![]()
do u check ur alighments regulary?? from wat i been told the nolthane kits r rubbish as they tend 2 slip dont know how much truth there is 2 that but i still steered clear from them.

Could be sagged craddles to, not uncommon,
if not that^, then there are two sizes of adjustment kits in the nolathane... and all urethene adjustable bush range. The difference in the adjustment between the two would be very slight and un noticable pretty much. Ideally you want less than -1.5 camber on the rear and if you have the kit with the slightly less adjustment, then you won't achieve this figure with the kit with more adjustment and it will just cost you more.
If your toe is in good order then i suggest a camber bend. I know that only a few Pedders outlets offer it and any decent mechanic that does wheel alignments should too. It should be able to bring it into about 1.5 if not less, but I don't know, I'm no expert on it, something to do with scrubbing if they go too far.
Option 2 is to go with a VXII - VZ IRS conversion to fix any toe issues, using the VXII-VZ control arms from the donor setup (they have better camber from factory), with your camber kit (2 point only I must stress) and a camber bend to finish it off if needed and you will be doing very well I'd say tyre wear wise at least.
the car has heaps of alliments ever since it was lowered and yeah best camber they could get out of my kit was -2. all the toe is in specs
i allways noticed the passenger side rear wheel comes out alot and a joint i deal with now said nolthane is shit and he would use superpro, best his ever been able to get a vt is -2 if not -1.90 but he said since it a vt there realy bad with wearing rear tyres out he said there are ppl that are converting but the cost in ti is pretty high and iv never heard of a camber bend nor has anyone around in shepparton ever mentioned it to me
Ive never heard of a camber bend either id b interested 2 know wat this is exactly???
Lildavo im using a 4 point super pro kit in my VT and its aligned in specs and hasnt slipped yet (nearly 2 years old now) tho they can b a lil harder 2 adjust on the drivers side but still they prolly r the better 1 2 use on a budget or if u can afford it use a kmac or pedders kit tho u pay around $400 4 those i believe. Im gonna b puttin the Kmac kit in the VP only coz its gonna b easier 2 addjust and definatly wont slip.

Some camber kits have a bolt either side of the bush or one straight through, or slight variations of either. They each have their benefits and drawbacks in terms of fitting and slipping.
With the camber bend, they take off your wheel, fit the thingo to your rotor...or hub can't remember and bend it over a radius bar or something.
Best to discuss these camber correction things with someone who does them![]()
