S1 VT X undercover cop car 5lt wont start!!! HELP ME PLEASE!

I have a VT 5lt x cop undercover car and It just stopped running after washing the engine bay over 4 months ago I have put a brand new distributer on it with new rotor button and cap it is all in propper timing it has new spark plugs and leads and fuel pump also i have drianed all the old fuel and put new fuel in it has spark and the fuel rail has pressure i dont know what else to do the battery is fully charged and it turns over fine but just wont start can somone please give me some ideas i was thinking maybe i could put new orings on the injectors would that help feel free to ask me any other questions if it means getting this prick of a thing started CHEERS!!

are you 100% sure the leads are in the right order

hi there so what are you getting is the turning over just not starting ,or nothing ,did it stop running straight after you washed the engine or did it take an hr or so because you might of cooked the ignition module or shorted a relay out ,i have a vp 5.0 not shaugh if they are the same i am guessing they are i would be looking at relays for fuel pump etc if not look at the the ignition module also did you have the car running before you washed it and was it at running temperature and did you have the car running while you washed as i have encountered problems in the past with car that i washed the engine bay they struggled to start after washing them hot which is bad as hot and cold dont mix so next time i would keep her running while doing it as i keep myn running when doing the bay.

cheers guys yes the car was running before the engine bay was washed and also was turnded off while washing and never started again after that and the leads are in the right order and have been double checked i have also run the self dignostics and it says that the car is number 12 code wich is sadisfactory operation so its got me stuffed
