VX Equipe II Aircon Problem...

My aircon work's fine when i have it on the fan setting 1, 2 or 3 but when i go Max Setting or wateva it is, it just just completly shuts off. Any ideas on what this could be and how i can fix it?

Could be a high presure cut out on the compressor

The aircon shuts off
