you wouldnt even bother adding digital climate control to your car. COMPLETELY different setup. NOT worth doing both financially & time wise.

No, because the BCM has nothing to do with tuning, the ECU does.

yea mate a BCM (body control module) only controls 'body stuff' ie headlights, interior lights, power windows & such - nothing to do with ECU (Engine Control Module). If you want to do some tweaking to your ECU everyone seens to get the 'memcal' re'programmed. Do a search on that. Theres a few people on the forum which can program your memcal for you based on what you have done to your car. I think Greenfoam is one guys username.

Saying there is no difference in wiring & if it plugged straight in (i dont know if it will or not) you would need to get the maching BCM & keyhead off the doner car as the ECU is mated to the BCM.

Hi there no you wont be able to swap bcms to a high as the connectors are different ,you can go low to med but thats all , the high and lux are berlina ,calais so you would be able to do it if you wana change loom but the the pcm change im not 100% if you can swap them out as i know the supercharged runs a vt based pcm but im not to shaugh when they went to the inbuilt chip so i wouldnt say impossible if the wiring is the same ill try and have a look at my pdf's tonight when i get home but i am guessing you would have to use a series 2 vt pcm as they are based on the vx from memory but not 100%

also if you just swap pcm you will have to hav eit linked to your bcm to even get it to start ill get back to you about the pcm if i can tell you anything more

Also what series is your vx must be series 2 as i think the series 1 vx is a memcal ive read to many post im as where the series 2 is based on the vy by memory so it wouldnt be impossible just have to be shaugh that wires are the same.

where about are you located ,if you wanted to try on the cheap you could go to a pick apart and get a chip with no security on it so you wont have to link the bcm .
