Changing to V8

What would i have to change in the car once i get the engine put in? gear box ? what else and how much would it cost.

motor, gearbox, tailshaft, rear diff, front cradle(forget the correct term atm) and it should all bolt on... thats what i was told to put a ls2 in my vx $3500
