anybody know much about relays i need one that can be turn on by 3.4v for sec and off

Heys guys just wondering if anybody know much about relays as i am after a relay that can be turned on by 3.4v for one sec and to turn it off 3.4v for one sec if anybody knows what type of relays that can be triggered by 3.4v on and off for 2 sec please let me know what they are called as i need to do this for climate control conversion to standard vt heater box.
