I need some opinions/advice from people who have modified there VT engine.
What was the best thing you did to it?
What can you reccomend?
What would you suggest I stay away from?
Please give me your best and honest advice as I am looking at doing some work to my engine also

is it a 6 or 8, that would help people answer your question
Get the air in, get the air out.
As basic as anyone can put it.
Forced induction is great, you'll need an exhaust upgrade and maybe a look at your fuel system as well.
Sorry, didnt even think.
Its a standard Ecotech v6 with LPG conversion.
These threads all relate you in some way. Plenty of info already on this forum for you. All engines in the threads below are similar if not the same as yours and the info given can relate to your car.
A quick 10 second search brought all these up for me......try doing the same;
performance mods for a vp
vx commodore engine mods
Help with car mods
This thread below was a fail;
Mods for a VX acclaim
Cheap Buick VN mods??
Those posts were okay but it didnt help exactly how I had planned.
See I've got LPG cinversion and I dont want to do things that are gonna cause problems and none of those post mentioned anything.
Ive heard you cant do some things with LPG that you can with a standard fuel system. Is this true?
Someone mentioned putting a K & N filter would just make the car shit itself?
