VX traction control light/button

I have a 2000 Clubsport and the one of the little bulbs in the traction control button has blown.
I took the bulb out which just twists in but can't find where to buy these globes.

Holden told me they don't have a listing as they sell the button and globe as a complete unit,which even the parts guy said was silly.
But I don't know why as the globe is replacable. Surely there must be somewhere you can buy the globe on it's own.

Anyone have any ideas or ever changed one themselves??

Tried ebay? or getting a whole new Button.. not exp at all!! other wise.. dont those blue light mods you see ppl get in and all around there dashes have the bulbs? could ask them.. there on ebay too!

jaycar has them in the bezel form only, u just gotta wire them and wack on the green condom sleeve if u want the stock look. Otherwise go the LEDs much easier and rnt prone 2 blowing so easy as these globes do.

Hi mate, I replaced my power button bulb witch is the same as the trac control bulb. Just ask holden for a bulb to suit the lcd display in ur climate control

Actualy Jamesgts25t just found part number.....Can only get it GENUINE.....ask holden for part # 92140514 ....let me know how u get on

Thats true the trac bulb is the same as the power button, so is ur hazzard, LPG, Dome and fog light switches. Tho the Globe holders r different size everywhere else on the car including the climate control units. Saying that u can unwire the bezel from the other globes holders and they will fit.

Yea I just bought 2 lights bulbs from holden 1 was for the LCD display on the climate (listed) the other was a hunch....& im pleased to say it was the same as the one that came from the power button....lol & they wanted me to buy a new power button....yea right...bulbs were expensive enough

Thanks heaps everyone... I don't mind paying around $8 a bulb but I do mind paying $28 a switch just because a bulb is blown lol.

u could do it 4 alot less if u had a look at jaycar.
