Default Steam coming out of exhaust, also notice liquid sitting in exhaust tip

Im from NZ and its the middle of winter here, my part of the country normally sees temps down to around 2-6degrees at night and 10-14 degrees during the day in winter.

Anyway i just bought a vt series 2 ss with the LS1 and a 6 speed manual, and have noticed on colder days, and at night time, when i sit at a set of lights theres a white steam coming from my exhaust. I also notice a bit of liquid sits in my exhaust tip.

Is this anything to be worried about or is this simply condensation and steaming liquid from the exhaust?

Car drives perfectly fine no misses or anything like that.

    Car has done 126000kms.

No cats mate it has extractors and full big bore exhaust.

Does it when car warms up.

Sounds like its just the hot metal steaming the water from condensation ae.

Cats are definitely required in NZ, depends on the age of your vehicle of course, newish cars are required to meet ADR 79/00 standards, and newers cars again ADR 79/01 standards. Now new vehicles are required to meet ADR 79/02 standards.
