My Drinking Team Has A Racing Problem
Hi Russell,
It's more than likely the backing plate, just have a squiz round the rotor and where it's close just bend it a little further away from the rotor.

Sick of paying too much for high performance brake pads? Want high performance and cold bite with low rotor wear?

I have had a look and the backing plates seem to be far enough away from the rotors. I have been told by another person that it could be the pads moving around not sure how to fix it if thats the case. They are brand new pads and i triple checked that they were the right ones for the car.

Hi mate well if its the pads or you think its the pads try Glueing them in! my pads are always glued in by my Gen3 Specialist - can get the glue from supercheap
What sort of glue do i use and do they come out easy when i need to change them again
My Drinking Team Has A Racing Problem
I cant see them touching the rotors but yea its on the left hand side and when i got round right hand corners. Thats when the sound appears

any "knocking" caused by the pad pulsating side to side on the rotor whilst under brakes?
My mechanic glued my front pads in like SSINZ said.
not sure what glue is used. I got it done for free aswell with my 200k service
