VT Calais 5L Power Mode Button

Hey,

Ever since I purchased my VT Calais, I've noticed the POWER button nexto the gearbox doesnt work??

If i push it it doesnt come up with a green POWER light on the dash board, does anyone know how to fix this?

i had similar problem with traction button
All i did is took the consol out and cleaned the terminals than it worked for a while..than it stoped working i just need to bang it then it works
Just need to change the swicht

sure its not working and just the globe in your cluster isnt blown?

Sit on the brake with it off.. then Sit on the break with it on.. if the skids more epic with it "on" or down... It works!.. hahaa joking. check fuses and terminals.

Probably just a blown globe in the cluster

Hold mode and up as you start your car and keep pressing the mode key until the mode where all the globes light up on the dash cluster. If the power light doesn't come on, replace the globe. If it does, remove and clean out the switch

if it holds the gears out to almost redline then its most likely on

I went into the menu and it doesnt come on but in my previous VT the RPM meter would go to 3.5k and the speed would go to 100km/h on the test mode thing, it doesnt do that on this car.. is it meant to? and yeah the power light didnt come on either..

guessing its a series 1 then, same as my car
