Default Rear cradle subframe mount / Castor ROD (new question) :P

Hey guys i got my car back from service and they have quoted me up some concerns.
it's a 2000 vx berlina . I plan with a friend to tackle these problems myself and try to avoid the $700+ labor they quoted. The only part i can't work out is "Rear Cradle sub frame mount are starting to tear".
I have a look under the car but can not see what they are talking about. Can someone show me a picture of where this sub frame mount is ?

I hope this link works, but it is under the bracket in picture: http://i708.photobucket.com/albums/w...r/RIMG0393.jpg
This bush does not need to be pressed out, you can pry it out with a decent flat bladed screw driver.
I'm pretty sure it can be done while still on the car, you would just need to lower the sub frame assembly enough to awkwardly get it out and put a new one in. these would do fine: Commodore VP VR VS VT VX VU VY Crossmember Outer Mount - eBay Control Arms, Suspension, Steering, Car Parts, Accessories, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 10-Aug-10 21:04:03 AEST)
Just push it in like the old one, then put the spacer in before you bolt it back up. These are meant to be better thatn the oem part and longer lasting.
The rear diff mount will need to be un bolted as well. You will need a cradle alignment as well as a 4 wheel alignment after it is done, so there's another $150

The inner pivot bushes for the control arm: Commodore VT VX Nolathane Lower Inner Control Arm Bushs - eBay Other, Suspension, Steering, Car Parts, Accessories, Cars, Bikes, Boats. (end time 25-Aug-10 19:04:43 AEST)
these usually wear first, so replace them while you are at it. There are 6 bushes in the kit, but you only need to use 4. 2 are exlusivly vr/vs and two vt/vz.
I couldn't find the one you have circled, but it is the strut bar to control arm bush, online performance autos have them, they will probs come up soon.

that bush you have circled is called the radius rod bush....replace both this and the castor bush at the same time
