Default where does vaccum line? attach

Its located almost directly above the auto filler tube in the VT,There are 2 similar lines coming from the same firewall location..

The rubber Tube is approx 300mm long(from firewall),bout 4mm in diameter, has a 12mm white plastic connector marked G1,with a male extension bout 12mm long and 3mm in diameter.
    Thanks

V6? Are you meaning the little vacuum hose that attaches to the rear of the throttle body? Take the engine cover off and have a look at the TB to make sure it's connected. If you're hunting for a vacuum problem chances are it will be that one. As you're standing on the passenger side of the car looking at the throttle body, the connector pipe is on the left hand rear. There's no clip which is why this vacuum hose keeps coming off, and you experience problems with the car running right (high idle etc) when it comes off.

Other than that, no clue what you mean. It could be a breather hose from the transmission.
I haven't lost my mind, it's backed up on tape somewhere

    Yes V6
No too short to go to the Throttle body (yes I know the one you are referring too,has previous issue)
By the design of the male end,This one appears to push into another rubber tube,of the same diameter.
Any suggestions,or can someone throw the bonnet on their Vt and have a quick look,(tube location is in initial post)would greatly appreciate.

It might be the one that attaches to the rear of the intake manifold and supplies the vacuum for the heater vent controls.

    Thanks,
I thought that may be the case, but I felt around the rear of the manifold and could not locate anywhere it may insert,or any small rubber vacuum hose off the manifold it would fit into.
    Pics anyone
