    Default VT spark advance curve

Can anybody point me to the spark advance angles through the rev range (unloaded) for a V6?
My timing light is showing unexpected results.
    Cheers

A timing light won't work on your car. It constantly adjusts timing throughout the range and there is no timing check mode. It is checked with a diagnostic scan tool plugged into the aldl port under the steering wheel. OBDII port

    Thanks chargedvx6.
Using timing light as a guide to what my chalk mark on c/shaft pulley is doing.
At about 950 rpm the chalk mark is advancing instantaneously by about 12mm (about 7 deg) from its idle position.
Max advance is about 20mm from idle posn.
Curiously though when held at higher revs it is giving an occasional flash which is about 12mm later.
I am trying to determine if this is a fault or normal before paying out $80? for a scan.
The memcal has been programmed for dual fuel but I'm testing on petrol.
    Any thoughts?
