brake upgrade ??????????

i recently got a 98 vt acclaim thinking 1st upgrade will be the brakes and shocks what do u guys think is the best to go as down the track motor rims tyres will all be done oh and the exhaust too any help would be greatful

I would get the PBR brakes, its a 6 piston caliper from memory, 6 small pads slot in each caliper, need 18" wheels to fit, about $5000 or so fitted.

I have the VT HSV brakes (Performance 330MM front) and they are crap, always shudder at higher speeds regardless of pads and machining etc. All my front end bushing is new (about $2K worth) and it still does not fix it.

Next time my brakes are due i think i'll get these massive PBR brakes, fixed caliper with only sliding pads
