beeping on vt calais when you turn the ignition off?

Hey people, i just got a vt 5l calais and trying to go through all the bells and whistles, can anyone tell me if the audible beeping when you turn the ignition off is a warning of some sort or just the vehicles way of saying 'thank you come again'. might be a dumb question but help would be appreciated.

If it has Holden Assist it could be that, how many beeps?
