How much do you want to spend, and are what's wrong with the standard system? Does it not go loud enough, or does it just not sound good enough?

any alpine speaker is going to cause work, involving modifying the door pods as there range is only 6.5inch speakers.. i just fitted type Rs to front and rear doors and it can prove to be a cunnuck!.. my suggestion is to go with any good brand that has a 6inch speaker JL have some good quality speakers that will slip straight in with out modifying anything

What did you have to modify? Most people just cut the back off the speaker pod and it fits straight in.

cut the pod backing off and file out the inner ring and if your obssessive like myself cover the rear of the speaker to prevent water damage haha which will prolly never happen
