Air Bag Light Stays On

Hey all, i have a 99 series 2 acclaim VT and last night as i drove home i hit 149000 k's and my 150000k service reminder popped up along with my air bag light... i have already cleared the service reminder but the air bag light still remains on... any ideas as to why this has happened and/or is there a connection between the two??? any help/advice is appreciated

i take it to holden as it is telling you something is wrong . mine did it a couple of years back an it was a lose wire they didnt even charge me for it . happen to my mate an it was a sensor in the seat ???.u dont wanna have a crash an the bags dont work!!!

yeah true, thanks for that, annoying thing is i just replaced my abs module 2 or 3 weeks ago because it shit itself and now i got this problem...sigh!!!
