will i have to roll the guards on my vx ss to fit 20" mags

i have a set of mags in mind but i really dont want to stuff around getting the guards rolled. one tyre place told me i would have to and the other tyre place said it would be fine.

If i do get 20" mags do you think it would scrape out alot, my car isnt lowered but were i live the roads are not smooth
