VX Rim sizing

Hey guys,
I have a VX S pac 01 model and am looking to upgrade my rims.
I have the XHP Jet Blacks in mind but wondering 18's or 19's?
Any opinions would be appreciated!

ok,from memory legally you can only go 2 inches above the factory designated rim size. if the car came with 16" you can put 18" on etc.
also the tyres arent legally allowed to protrude outside the body of the vehicle. in saying this the frequency you will be defected for this or not pass a safety cert is very minimal. have a look at the tyre decal on your car & go from there. i have 18" on one of mine at the moment & they fill the hole nicely,19" would be good but you have a harder ride

i personally think that 18s are the better way to go... they dont make your brakes look awfully small (unlike 19's), tyres are cheaper and you have less rubbing/guard problems with 18s than you do 19s... and 18s are plenty big for the vt/vx body style

there are also camber issues once you go bigger and like VTLS1 said... you get a much harder ride

all in all, its up to your personal preference, but im not going past 18s on my VT S pack.
