    bloody bloody bloody f this f that haha.. i feel so small when everyone gets these whopping great 6ltr manuals, whats bang for buck? charge or not to charge? convert to manual? get a quick shift? Anyone have ideas as to increase power? torque? Any experience in doing so? Need help haha

    charge it and shift kit, should see you pretty quick.
    when you come out to kmart next time speak with daron, he had a charged vt and could keep up with a 6lt

    If you want to be as quick as a 6.0, there is no such thing as bang for buck to match one if you're starting with a VT V6.

    i dont think there were any 6lt manuals out last night, think they were all autos mate. you gotta try going from a LS1 manual to a half a million k old 20+ year old ute, 3 speed column auto with 3 ton of accessories lol. you dont know what slow is

    in saying in all this i have seen some amazing things in my time. the funniest & most impressive was a mini cooper s beat the pants of a vh brock in a backstreet drag race(in empty industrial area in middle of nowhere) many years ago. a gtr xu1 going uphill in 3rd gear clocking the 180km/h mark,the list goes on but big dollars would have spent to get any of these vehicles to perform like this.

    Or a stock standard RX4 on the M4 at Penrith over 138 mph, (222kph) also years ago when it had 32000miles on it. As new, not even properly run in. My bad. Not watching speedo until the fool in the HZ Holden pushing me gave up

    those wankel engines are good bang for you buck. i remember at tafe we had a pretty cool instructor. he allowed to set up an old rotary engine on a stand & run it at full tit to see what happens. damn thing went up to 10000rpm & just stayed there. we left it a few hours then came back & the thing was still going at full tit. damn bulletproof engine in my opinion

    fi 6 cyl with a heap of money thrown at it will be lucky to outrun a stock or mild LS motor so like others have said, attach your 6 banger to the front of a boat where it belongs and get a good base to begin with.
