Blinkers?

Hi there, my wifes 1999 v6, acclaim S2, has just now having a problem with the blinkers ,..not blinking, they remain on when using.
Anyone had this problem b4..and have a fix.

Sounds like you need to change the indicator stalk. Probably find sometimes when you use the blinker the high beams flash too.

Just tried it again, both sides working fine...then after a couple of minutes they remain on again.
No the high beams don't come on at all... IBLOWN.

So no high beams when using the stalk? I think the stalk needs replacing. Very common. How many kays?

Nah ..high beam works fine, I mean they don't come on while using the blinkers at all.

Possibly your indicator relay. Try replacing that, there only like 5 bucks im pretty sure

won't be the indicator stalk, because they actually come on.

+1 for flasher unit, they fail all the time in VT's

just bought the part from pep's auto's $24 bucks.
