May I suggest a spring a lot more sturdier than a Daewoo/camira spring for the VT. Go a decent aftermartket lowered spring ie; SL, SSL?

For cruising, its gonna tear the shit out of your driveshaft boots.. can get nice n dusty in there and sieze your driveshafts, your petrol tank is only plastic, scrape it enough and your economy will seem shithouse, and springs that are designed to hold up... 500kg of car holding up 1.5-2tonne of car?

    eBay is your friend.
    Search "VT Clutch"
There's a place in Sunbury, Kensington and Ringwood. I know for sure that the first 2 are actual mechanics, so I'd call them for a quote installed. I'm gunna do mine very soon, slipping in every gear except 5th, so let us know how you go if you do it before me and visa vera

I have just replaced my standard clutch with an exedy heavy duty kit with solid flywheel and am very happy with it. I recommend you give northern brake and clutch in Kensington a call. I got mine through them and it was much cheaper than anywhere else I could find. Phone number is 1800 4Exedy or 1800 439 339. They sell them on eBay but will give you a discount if you buy them direct from the store (to avoid eBay fees) it was $900 not installed but I’m sure they could install it at a reasonable price.
