vx -ss globe issue

i hope someone can help i changed a globe in one of my fog lights with a philpis h3 globe yesterday in park position on the light switch the foglamps are bright when i turn the headlights on the fog lamp dims to nearly nothing and so does the headlight on the same side the other 2 on the drivers side are fine this is so annoying just from changeing a globe ahhhh

is it a 12v globe as they also come in 6 and 24 volts

i thought the fogs were h1 lights,

no they are h3 on the vx

apparently there is a problem with a relay but cant be fixed by me has to be done at a auto elec
