VX Tail lights

I really dont like the look of the stock VX tail lights that i have.. i like the looks of the monaro lights but i dont wanna just be another sheep. every second VX (and VT for that matter) seems to have monaro tail lights in them. I was thinking about just tinting the stock lights.. but im not sure if its legal or if it voids anything??

any thoughts??

Hey mate, yeah you can tint them with some 'night shade' from Autobarn for $15. Just dont make them mega black and make sure you don't touch your reflectors.

Take a look at mine, yes it is on my old VS, but what i did was use some tape and made a sort of 'pattern' on the lights and it is unique and in my opinion looked pretty mean lol
havent seen any VX tinted really though so not sure what sorta pattern scheme you could do. Just something to think about.

as above get the tint film or theres a bloke floating around on evibay that sells them & the garnish already tinted.
